Helping the housing crisis on cape cod

What we are doing

We are trying to help the housing crisis by making it so people that live here can get a priority in buying affordable housing over people that don't live here. This makes it so people that aren't from cape cod dont get affordable housing and leave the people that do live here not able to get housing..

The problem

The issues plaguing housing

• People from other places are buying the affordable housing
• People that live here cant get housing
• Housing prices are too high

>Other issues

1. There isnt enough housing to meet demand
2. there are many vacant houses that cant legally be sold
3. People are buying houses to live in for only half the year
